Erin Laine
Raised in the potato fields of Southern Colorado's San Luis Valley, Erin always had a connection to the wild windy places. Cutting her teeth as a ski patroller at Wolf Creek ski area Erin learned there’s nothing better than a day spent high in the mountains with friends. Her love of travel, food, and sharing the joy of skiing have taken her around the world, from the Tian Shan of Kyrgyzstan to the glaciers of Svalbard.
Erin is an AMGA certified ski guide, Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician, mountain rescuer, and teaches professional level avalanche courses. She received the Citizens Award for Bravery from the Department of Interior for the 15 hour crevasse rescue of a fallen climber in Denali National Park. When she’s not outside she loves a good game of canasta, a snuggle with her sweet pup Willie and cooking yummy dinners for loved ones.
