A strong, resilient body is the foundation for success in mountain running. Whether you're pushing through a tough ascent or stacking back-to-back high-mileage days, mobility and strength are key to staying injury-free and performing at your best.

Yoga + Mobility for Runners is a progressive, self-guided, video-based program led by Bozeman-based yoga instructor Nico Hurley, designed to help you move better, recover faster, and run stronger.

This isn't just a basic stretching routine—it's a targeted program built specifically for trail and mountain runners to enhance flexibility, stability, and endurance where it matters most.

Yoga + Mobility for Runners includes flows focused on building running-specific strength and mobility, flows for active recovery, core specific work and Yin Yoga sessions. New flows are routinely added while keeping the existing flows available. Videos range from 25 minutes to 50 minutes.

With years of experience as both a dedicated yoga teacher and an avid skier, Nico has designed this series to help runners build strength, flexibility, and resilience on and off the slopes. Her background in yoga allows her to create sequences tailored to the physical demands of mountain running, focusing on stability, balance, and mindful movement to prevent injury, enhance performance and allow recovery. This series combines Nico’s passion for yoga and her love for trail running, bringing together practices that will support you through every turn, run, and season on the mountain.
