With years of experience as both a dedicated yoga teacher and an avid skier, Nico has designed this series to help skiers build strength, flexibility, and resilience on and off the slopes. Her background in yoga allows her to create sequences tailored to the physical demands of skiing, focusing on stability, balance, and mindful movement to prevent injury, enhance performance and allow recovery.
