Steve Banks
Steve is an IFMGA/American Mountain Guide living in Colorado and guiding in a variety of international locals including Canada, Iceland, Japan, Europe and South America focused on skiing and snowboarding. In the non-snowy months he guides rock and alpine climbing in the western US and internationally. Steve's background includes a BA in Outdoor Leadership and Recreation, 10 years of professional avalanche forecasting and over a decade of ski patrol experience. He currently works with several military special forces units providing advanced mountaineering training and with the AMGA as an instructor and examiner for up and coming guides.
