    The 12-Week Intermediate/Advanced Ski Touring Training Plan from Mountain Training Center builds endurance, strength, and resilience so you can climb more vertical and ski longer days. With a balance of aerobic training, strength work, and injury-prevention exercises, it prepares you for bigger objectives both in the gym and at home.

Erin is an ACSM-certified Exercise Physiologist and a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine, blending her clinical expertise with a movement-based approach to athlete performance. After transitioning from skiing to primarily splitboarding, she brings a well-rounded perspective on how to move efficiently and sustainably in the mountains.

Over the past eight years, Erin has coached mountain athletes to build strength, resilience, and endurance tailored to the demands of backcountry skiing and riding. She helps athletes feel their strongest and avoid injury as they pursue their goals in the mountains.
