    8 WEEK - Preseason Big Mountain Freeride

    The 8-Week Preseason Big Mountain Freeride Plan builds the strength, stability, and resilience needed to step into the season ready for big descents—all with minimal equipment and at-home workouts. This plan is designed for those that have minimal exposure to training or for those that want a preseason tune up to add into their weekly routine.

    12 WEEK - Intermediate/Advanced Big Mountain Freeride

    The 12-Week Intermediate/Advanced Big Mountain Freeride Plan develops the strength, core stability, and conditioning required to return to mid-season form and tackle demanding freeride terrain with confidence. This plan is designed for those that have previously trained for general fitness, skiing or riding.
